Westbound lanes on the Trans-Canada Highway have reopened after a multi-vehicle collision shut them down Sunday afternoon. Canmore RCMP posted an update Sunday night around 9 p.m., saying normal traffic flow has resumed. An RCMP spokesperson told CTV News the collision was a three-vehicle crash near the Benchlands Trail exit. They said there were serious injuries reported, but it’s unknown how many were injured. Canmore RCMP said additional details will be shared in an upcoming release.
