No one was injured after a fire broke out inside a trailer outside a warehouse complex in southwest Calgary Monday morning. The Calgary Fire Department (CFD) was called to the 60 block of Peacekeepers Drive S.W. at 6:20 a.m. They were met by workers at the site, who directed firefighters to a washroom trailer next to a warehouse. Smoke was coming a spot between the trailer and a warehouse where crews found a fire. “Fire crews stretched hose lines and began protecting the main warehouse as fire had extended to the building,” said Alex Kwan, the CFD’s public information officer, said. “Firefighters knocked back the fire, which appears to have originated from the smaller washroom trailer unit.” There is no information on a cause of the fire or an estimated cost of damages.
