The victim of an apparent stabbing in Calgary’s East Village was rushed to hospital late Tuesday afternoon. The incident happened in the 600 block of Confluence Way S.E. just before 4:30 p.m. According to police, officers were responding to reports of an assault and found a man “with what appears to be stab wounds.” The man was taken to hospital in serious condition. There have been no updates on his condition. Just after 6 p.m., police said they had one person in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
