‘Feels awesome’: Cochrane couple wins $100K on Lotto 6-49

A Cochrane couple is celebrating a big win on the lottery.

Gwen and Dennis Dorosh won $100,000 on the April 1 Lotto 6-49 and Extra draw.

The couple purchased their ticket from the Shoppers Drug Mart on Fifth Avenue West in Cochrane.

“It just feels awesome,” Gwen said. “I’m planning to go shopping.”

Dennis says the money will go into investments and a trip with the family.

He says they were at the store picking up some essentials when they discovered they had won.
