Calgary is bound for a blast of wintry weather on Wednesday as the city braces for wind and snow. The city is expecting two to four centimetres of snow from Tuesday night through Wednesday. This blast is expected to coem with windy conditions, which will reduce visibility and could make for a slower morning commute in some spots. Another important thing to prepare for is the cold. The temperature will drop throughout the day rather than rise. The wind chill will be around -6 for the morning commute, and -8 in the afternoon. Bundle up and drive safe. On Thursday, the clouds will stick around and so will the cold, but there is a much smaller chance of any flurries. The conditions will improve for Halloween on Saturday when the sun will reappear over the city, bringing a warmer high of 6 C.
