A little less humidity Saturday, but it’s going to be a hot one

There certainly is the potential for severe storms in southern Alberta. We have the heat and the humidity—two key ingredients for big summer storms.

There will be a little less humidity, but the actual temperature will be even hotter on Saturday in Calgary.

It will even start out toasty—20 C at 8 a.m., then up to 30 C in the afternoon.

A nice breeze will kick in by the noon hour.

A system will track down from the north on Sunday.

This will bring in some cloud cover, the risk of thunderstorms and a cooler air mass that will keep us in the mid-20s Sunday until Tuesday.
