YYC Hot Chocolate Fest

- What: Dozens and dozens of specialty hot chocolates will be sold throughout Calgary in February as part of YYC Hot Chocolate Fest, a charitable competition that sees a portion of sales donated to Calgary Meals on Wheels.

- When: Feb. 1 to 28, 2025.

- Where: Various locations throughout Calgary.

Chinook Blast

- What: Chinook Blast is an annual winter festival that encourages Calgarians to get outside and enjoy the season. There will be live music and roaming performances along Stephen Avenue and a winter sports hub at The Confluence featuring skating and sleigh rides.

- When: Friday, Jan. 31 to Monday, Feb. 17

Crowchild Classic 2025

- What: The University of Calgary Dinos and Mount Royal University Cougars take over the Saddledome for the 11th annual Crowchild Classic.
