A two-vehicle collision on Highway 400 ramp tied up traffic in central Barrie during rush hour. The southbound Essa Road ramp to Highway 400 was the scene of the collision Monday night. Provincial police say the crash between two passenger vehicles occurred at around 6: 45 p.m. Barrie Fire’s Dep. Chief Thomas Bezruki says two people were treated by paramedics at the scene. The ramp was cleared for traffic by 7:30 p.m.
