Scrap metal has become a hot commodity in Huntsville. Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a theft of scrap metal and are requesting the public’s assistance to identify suspects. During the last two in weeks in October, unknown suspect(s) have trespassed onto the property of a manufacturing facility on Centre Street. They have taken an undetermined amount of scrap metal and machine parts. Police believe the suspect(s) may have done this on more than one occasion. The OPP asks anyone who may be able to identify suspect(s), to contact the Huntsville OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
