School bus cancellations and closures for Monday, Jan. 26

Here are your school bus cancellations and school closures around the region for Monday, Jan. 26, 2026:

The Trillium Lakelands District School Board has cancelled all school transportation in Zone 4 and Zone 5 Monday. The closures impact public and Catholic elementary and secondary schools.

All school buses in York Region are also cancelled. School transportation will not be operating. Parents are advised by the board to avoid sending children to school.

All Dufferin schools and facilities are closed to students and staff on Monday due to winter weather conditions. The board says secondary exams scheduled for Tuesday will move to the designated Contingency Day.
