A Thursday afternoon crash has sent one person to the hospital after a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 400. Police say on the off-ramp to Innisfil Beach Road at around 4 p.m., there was a crash involving three vehicles including a tractor-trailer. Fire crews say they blocked the scene as they cleaned up a spill.
