A 43-year-old man has died after being pulled from Wasaga Beach waters on Sunday morning. Police say Ontario Parks staff rescued the man from Beach Area 4 near 24th Street North and immediately began CPR and defibrillation procedures after he was found without vital signs. Their efforts were later supported by Wasaga Beach firefighters and Simcoe County paramedics. The man was transported to Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, where police say he was later pronounced dead. No further details have been disclosed.
