Provincial police reopened all lanes of traffic on Highway 400 early Sunday morning shortly after two lanes were closed due to a crash near the Anne Street North bridge in Barrie. In a 12:13 a.m. social media post, the OPP reported that the two right lanes were closed in the southbound direction after a single-vehicle crash. Police reported that traffic was delayed in the area as injuries were being assessed on scene. An OPP public information advisor (PIA) later told CTV News that both occupants sustained minor injuries and were hospitalized as a precaution. In a 12:44 a.m. update, the OPP confirmed that all lanes of traffic had reopened.
