A well-known local minor hockey league coach and league director charged with sexual assault has died. Ontario Provincial Police and his lawyer confirmed to CTV News Ryan Wood, 41, passed away this week. Police say his death is not considered suspicious. Wood, who owned and ran the Purple Cobras, was charged following an alleged incident in May.
