An award winning artist is set to perform at CLH Foundation’s Red Carpet Concert. A Red Carpet Concert is in support of adults, seniors, youth and children with developmental disabilities served by CLH Developmental Support Services. The concert at the King’s Wharf Theatre in Penetanguishene on Saturday, is CLH Foundation’s most significant public fundraising event of the year. It plays a vital role in raising funds for initiatives to benefit CLH-supported individuals. The event additionally provides an important opportunity to create awareness of CLH’s work and shine a warm spotlight on the individuals they serve. This year’s concert features Juno-Award-winning artist William Prince, one of Canada’s most compelling and gifted singer-songwriters. Prince creates music that reflects resilience, belonging, and the shared human experience. Currently touring in support of his fifth album “Further from the Country”, Prince’s recent honours include two Juno Awards, the John Prine Songwriter Fellowship, and an Americana Honors & Awards nomination. “We are incredibly proud to welcome William Prince to the stage for A Red Carpet Concert in support of CLH Foundation,” said Sarah Kitchen, chairperson of a Red Carpet Concert and CLHF board president. “It’s truly an honour to have an artist of his calibre joining us in support of this important work in our community. And if you’re not already familiar with his remarkable voice and songwriting, you certainly will be after this unforgettable evening.” Funds raised contribute to essential care, enriched programming, and opportunities that foster connection, confidence, and community. Tickets are $125, including pre-show reception and concert. You can visit CLH’s website.
