PENTICTON, B.C. - The RCMP say a man in Penticton, B.C. has been charged with hiring out his daughter for sex with at least three other men.
The 46-year-old father is accused of sexual assault, sexual interference, living on the avails of prostitution and being a parent or guardian procuring sexual activity.
His name is not being released because of a publication ban and police are not giving the age of his daughter.
The RCMP say they have identified three men ranging in age from 34 to 67 who allegedly had sex with the daughter.
The men were arrested and later released pending court appearances once charges against them have been approved.
Police say their victim services unit and the children's ministry are providing support to the young woman, and more arrest may be made.
