Two men and a woman are facing drug-related charges following two searches in Summerside, P.E.I., earlier this week. Officers pulled a vehicle over during a “targeted stop” in the city on Tuesday. Police say a 35‑year‑old Summerside man and a 67‑year‑old man from the Bedeque area were arrested for possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. The Bedeque‑area man was also arrested on outstanding charges by East Prince RCMP. Officers then executed a search warrant at a home on Jennifer Street. Police say a 33‑year‑old Summerside woman was also arrested for possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
