RCMP in Nova Scotia is searching for a man wanted on a provincewide arrest warrant.

Police say 42-year-old Jeffery Moxsom is facing several new charges, including:

• robbery
• uttering threats
• multiple firearm offences

In a news release Tuesday, police describe Moxsom as being about five-foot-11 and weighing 200 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a brown beard. He also had a sleeve tattoo on one arm.

Police say they’ve made several attempts to find Moxsom but are now asking for help from the public.

Moxsom was previously wanted by Correctional Service Canada on a warrant of apprehension, suspension, and recommitment to custody of full parole. That warrant was revoked.
