Twenty-nine people from nine countries took the oath of citizenship Thursday in Eastern Passage, N.S. Dignitaries, along with family and friends, attended Island View High School to welcome Canada’s newest citizens. Judge Joan Mahoney presented each new Canadian with their citizenship certificate.
