An 18-year-old man who Halifax Regional Police calls a “prolific graffiti tagger” is now facing more than 50 mischief charges. Police executed a search warrant at a Halifax residence last Friday in relation to multiple graffiti incidents that primarily happened in the city. On Monday they arrested a man without incident, according to a news release from police. “Some offences occurred while the suspect was a minor protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, therefore no further details will be released,” the release reads. The man is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to face 54 counts of mischief under $5,000. For more Nova Scotia news, visit our dedicated provincial page
