A bear and two cubs are in the Waverley Road area in Dartmouth, N.S., Tuesday afternoon, according to Halifax Regional Police. The Department of Natural Resources is responding to the bear sighting as police help with traffic control. Waverley Road between Craigburn Drive and Twilight Lane is closed to the public.
