Police in New Brunswick are still trying to solve the disappearance of a man reported missing in Moncton two years ago. The RCMP says 33-year-old Justin Field of Moncton was last seen at a hotel on Mountain Road on Oct. 6, 2023. He was reported missing on Oct. 18. “Police have followed up on several leads, but no new information has emerged regarding his whereabouts,” said the RCMP in a news release on Tuesday. The RCMP told CTV News that the case has not been transferred to the Major Crime Unit, and police are not necessarily treating Field’s disappearance as suspicious, though it is still under investigation. “At this time, we’re still just trying to get information about his disappearance,” said the RCMP. Field is described as five-foot-seven and 220 pounds. He has hazel eyes and light brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, black boots and a gold watch. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
