Nova Scotia

• Tri-County Regional Centre for Education: Due to forecasted weather and anticipated road conditions throughout the day, all schools and worksites will be closed.
• Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education: All schools are closed due to forecasted weather and road conditions.
• South Shore Regional Centre for Education: All schools will be closed. Worksites are open.
• Halifax Regional Centre for Education: Schools are open, but will dismiss students two hours early.
• Chignecto-Central Regional Centre for Education: Schools in Uniacke District, Cobequid District, Rawdon District, Kennetcook and Hants North will be closed due to the pending weather forecast. All other schools will be dismissing two hours early. This means all schools will dismiss two hours earlier than their regular dismissal times. Office and worksites will be open.
• Strait Regional Centre for Education: There will be an early dismissal at all schools due to predicted deteriorating weather. Students will begin dismissing at 1 p.m.
• Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education: All schools will dismiss one hour early due to anticipated deteriorating weather conditions.
• CSAP: Classes are cancelled for South and Metro schools. EBBA, EAT, CSEA, EAP will dismiss students early.
• Acadia University will remain closed, with the exception of residences and Wheelock Dining Hall due to the forecasted weather.
• Dalhousie University: Halifax and Truro campuses are closing at 12:30 p.m. due to forecasted weather conditions.
• Saint Mary’s University: Campus will be closing at 2:30 p.m.
• Mount Saint Vincent University will be suspending campus operations at 12 p.m.
• NSCAD: All campuses will close at 12:30 p.m.
• St. Francis Xavier University will close at 2:30 p.m.
• NSCC: Some campuses are closed or dismissing early.
• Cape Breton University: Campus will close at 1 p.m.

New Brunswick

• Anglophone South School District: All schools are closed due to weather.
• Francophone South School District: Most schools are closed.
• Mount Allison University: Campus will close at 4:30 p.m. All evening classes, labs, events, and activities on campus are cancelled. Jennings Dining Hall will close at 8:30 p.m.

Prince Edward Island

• Public Schools Branch: Classes will dismiss one hour early due to expected weather and travel conditions. All after-school activities are also cancelled.
• French Language School Board: All schools will be closing one hour early.
• UPEI: Charlottetown and St. Peter’s Bay campuses will close at 1:30 p.m.
• Holland College: All locations will be closed at 2 p.m.
