Michael Hiscock

Michael Hiscock joined the CTV Your Morning team as a Segment Producer shortly after the show's launch in 2016. He specializes in stories involving defence, food production, science and Canadian sovereignty. He has reported on some of the most significant news stories of the past decade including the COVID-19 pandemic, Nova Scotia's mass shooting, the U.S. Capitol Hill riots, the war in Ukraine and ongoing trade tensions with the United States. Before working at CTV Your Morning, Michael was an editorial assistant at CBC's The National. Born and raised in Toronto, Michael holds an undergraduate degree in journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). He speaks English.
