December 2025 - Jeff Dedekker is longer with CTV News Regina.
Jeff DeDekker joined CTV News Regina as a Digital Journalist in October of 2025.
Jeff began his journey as a journalist at his hometown newspaper, the Prescott (Ont.) Journal, before moving on to the Portage la Prairie Daily Graphic, the Moose Jaw Times-Herald, and the Regina Leader-Post.
In addition to covering the CFL’s Saskatchewan Roughriders for the past five seasons for The Canadian Press, Jeff also has experience in the communications world having worked for the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce, the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency and the Roughriders.
Jeff is married to Leanne and they have four wonderful children and two precious grandchildren.
Away from the office, Jeff keeps busy as a Marriage Officiant as well as an Officials Coach for Hockey Saskatchewan. Jeff has a Journalism Certificate from St. Lawrence College.
He speaks English.
