Corin joined CTV News Toronto as an Assignment Editor in July 2025. He’s a cross-functional communicator with a niche for editorial development, producing effective content to a bouquet of audiences. Before moving to CTV News, Corin spent nine years in various content production roles at Rogers Sports & Media. Corin began his career as an intern in the CityNews editing department in 2014, using his keen eye for storytelling to cut together stories that resonate with local and national audiences. His interest in storytelling led him to the CityNews assignment desk in 2017. At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Corin joined OMNI News Toronto as an Assignment Editor where he crafted editorial coverage plans supporting the production of seven current affairs programs. He developed culturally reflective stories impacting newcomers and Canada’s third-language communities. Whether its chasing diverse voices, developing content ideas or deploying the crew to cover breaking news, Corin works effectively to ensure newsroom needs are met and exceeded. He holds a diploma in Journalism Broadcast from Sheridan College, where he was recognized with the Fan Favorite Award for teamwork and merit to the journalism craft. His culminating documentary project was recognized with the Best Documentary Short Award from the Broadcast Educators Association of Canada in 2014. He speaks English.
