A U.S. man has been charged after two parents and their 10-year-old daughter said they were urinated on at a Metallica concert in Phoenix, Az.

Daniel Francis Daddio, 44, was arrested at the University of Phoenix Stadium early Saturday night, after one of the alleged victims pointed him out to security at the concert venue. Daddio is charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.

The father of the family told concert staff that “all three of his family members felt warm liquid washing over their back legs,” according to the police report. The father said he turned around to see the suspect standing behind him with his penis in his hands. When the father confronted the suspect, the suspect “just shrugged,” the report said.

“Mr. Daddio was heavily intoxicated at the time of the arrest,” the arrest report said. “Daddio denied the incident occurred.”

According to the arrest record, Daddio is a member of the U.S. Army who is no longer on active duty, and has been married for 10 years.

The New Mexico resident was released on his own recognizance following an appearance in court.

A judge at Daddio’s court appearance called the incident “one of the most disgusting scenarios I have ever read.”
