A Grenadier Guard who was videotaped putting on a show for tourists is now under investigation by the British army.

In the video, which was posted to YouTube in August, the unidentified guard is seen occasionally altering his march outside of Buckingham Palace with spins and other comedic gestures.

In the video, tourists can be heard giggling and commenting while the guard marches back and forth.

The army is now investigating the video, according to British media reports.

An army spokesperson told The Guardian newspaper: "Anyone who is found to fall short of the army's high standards can expect to face appropriate action."
