Two people in unstable condition following house fire

Two people have been transported to hospital after a house fire broke out in the city’s William Whyte neighbourhood.

Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to the scene in the 300 block of Aberdeen Avenue shortly after midnight Wednesday.

Two people were rescued from inside the home and were taken to hospital in unstable condition.

The blaze was declared under control about 30 minutes later.

No damage estimates are available and the fire remains under investigation.
