Police seize $48K worth of cocaine, arrest 6 suspects during raid

Winnipeg police showed off drugs and cash seized from a residence in the 300 block of McKenzie Street.

Winnipeg police carried out a drug raid Saturday afternoon and seized both cash and cocaine.

Officers carried out the search warrant in the 300 block of McKenzie Street around 3:40 p.m. on Saturday.

Police seized cocaine with an estimated street value of $48,000, along with $2,000 in cash.

Kelsey Brandy Roulette, 19, Charles Thomas Yuzicappi, 27, James Louis Yuzicappi, 26, and William Gladstone Yuzicappi, 21, face a range of charges, including possessing a substance for the purpose of trafficking, said police. A 48-year-old woman and a 57-year-old male are also facing charges.
