Missing woman last seen in Waverley Heights located

Winnipeg police said a missing woman has been found safe.

Wednesday evening, police said the woman was last seen Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. near Lakeland Place and Chancellor Drive in Winnipeg.

She is 5’4 and has a heavy build, long black hair, and brown eyes. She was seen wearing a black top and black bottoms.

Police said she was driving a 2018 white four-door Honda Civic.

She has since been safely located.
