Police on scene of marine emergency in east Windsor

Windsor police are conducting an active investigation off Riverside Drive, near the Sandpoint Beach area.

Officers responded to the 10,000 block of Riverside Drive East at 3:32 p.m. on Sunday.

The public is asked to avoid the area.
