Fire rips through east Windsor home

CTV Windsor: $250K in damage to east Windsor home Firefights say a smoke alarm helped save the lives of two residents after an overnight blaze caused $250,000 in damage.

Damage is estimated at $250,000 following a fire at 9505 Menard St. in Windsor early Saturday morning.

Shortly after midnight, smoke alarms inside the house alerted two residents to leave the building.

At this time, there is not a cause for the fire.
