W5 investigates: Calling 911 may not get you the medical help that will save your life

No one hopes to make a 911 call.
That moment of desperation in a park or in your home when immediate medical care can't come fast enough.
But in Canada, calling 911 doesn't always guarantee the paramedic who arrives can do everything in their power to save you.
