Map - Nursing Homes

Data for this map was provided by W5’s research based on coroners' and media reports, which found at least 41 homicides in long-term care homes during the past 12 years.

Coroners' reports do not provide identifying data, but W5 was able to correlate incident reports with published news stories to produce information for about 31 of those homicides.

W5 also found information about another 11 incidents prior to 2001.
