ST. PETERS, Missouri - A Missouri woman has been charged with cyberbullying for allegedly posting a teenage girl's photo and personal information on the "Casual Encounters" section of Craigslist.

Prosecutors say 40-year-old Elizabeth A. Thrasher posted the 17-year-old's picture, email address and cellphone number on Craigslist. They say the posting's language suggested the girl was seeking a sexual encounter.

Prosecutors say the teenager is the daughter of Thrasher's ex-husband's girlfriend. A phone message for Thrasher's lawyer was not immediately returned Tuesday.

Thrasher is the first person charged with felony cyberbullying under a new law passed in Missouri after the suicide of 13-year-old Megan Meier, who was the victim of a MySpace Internet hoax.
