If you're planning a flight this summer, you can use a travel agent, do it yourself through the airline or use a third party website. A couple was booking a dream vacation to Ghana and while searching for flights online they got a call from a travel website offering a good price. However one of the tickets had a typo of just one letter, which ended up ruining the trip. CTV's Pat Foran reports.
