Canadians lost $638 million dollars to scams last year, according to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and many of the victims were seniors. More seniors continue getting caught in scams, CNPEA hopes ‘WEAAD’ will bring more awareness. CTV's Pat Foran reports.
