2 people shot outside Etobicoke restaurant

Emergency crews are on scene after two people were shot outside a restaurant in Etobicoke on Saturday night.

Toronto Paramedics say they responded to a call of a shooting in the Highway 427 and Dixon Road area around 8:30 p.m.

The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Lone Star Texas Grill.

Toronto paramedics transported one patient to a trauma centre in life-threatening condition. A second injured person was found at the scene.

There was no immediate word on suspects Saturday night.
