Timmins cut the speed limit to 50 km/h on 9.1 km stretch of the city's route to Iroquois Falls due to deteriorating asphalt. Patching is now underway. The two cities say that $20 million from the province announced January to upgrade the road has not been released and no date is set for construction at this time. Lydia Chubak reports.
