Dokis First Nation and partner FirstLight Energy are celebrating a decade of operation for the Okikendawt hydro dam. The $48 million project, first envisioned by a former chief in 1986, powers 3,000 homes and has funded $695,000 in community projects. Eric Taschner reports.
