Proving that laughter is always the best medicine, a 32-year-old cancer patient danced her way into the hearts of millions with an inspiring viral video she posted on social media on Wednesday. In the 40-second clip, Ana-Alecia Ayala is seen enthusiastically busting a move to the popular rap song “Juju on that Beat” with her “chemo buddy” Danielle Andrus.

In the video, the two women jump, twist and slide as they dance their way through a series of choreographed hip hop moves in Ayala’s hospital room. Ayala, dressed in a blue hospital gown, can be seen smiling and tossing her head back in laughter as she dances around the medical equipment. In an Instagram post of the video, Ayala uses a number of hashtags to demonstrate her positive attitude towards her cancer treatment including, #JujuOnThatChemo, #DanceTherapy and #NoHairDontCare.

“Who says cancer and chemo have to get you down? We'll have the last laugh!!” Ayala wrote in the post. “We want to show the world that dancing and laughter is the BEST medicine.”

“Rhabdomyosarcoma picked the wrong girl to mess with!!” Ayala wrote on the GoFundMe page.
