Hannah Jackson
December, 2021: Hannah is no longer with the company.
Hannah received her start in journalism as an intern with the CBC’s parliamentary bureau in 2016, covering federal politics. She was then hired by Global News as a local online journalist in Barrie, Ont. in 2018.
More recently, Hannah worked as a national online journalist with Global News, covering a wide range of breaking news events both within Canada and internationally, including several elections, the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change and more.
Hannah holds a degree in human rights from Carleton University and an advanced diploma in journalism from Mohawk College. She joined CTVNews.ca in October 2021.
Hannah is currently based in Barrie, Ont.
She speaks English.
