Toronto police are set to update the public on their investigation into a nearly two-year-old double homicide.

Investigators will hold a news conference this morning to discuss the killing of two men in an unlicensed after-hours club in July 2016.

Forty-two-year-old Justin Andrew Bokma and 41-year-old Lafrance (Frank) Matthews were found dead inside the club in the city's Kensington Market neighbourhood.

Two other men, aged 45 and 34, managed to make their own way to hospital after being hurt in the shooting.

Detectives have said roughly 30 people were inside the club when the shooting happened, and they believe multiple suspects were involved.

Police have offered a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
