Toronto police say a man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection to a stabbing at the city's Kennedy subway station.

Police say they received a call about a fight between two men at the station around 6 p.m. on Saturday.

They say one of the men was found with signs of trauma and was later pronounced dead.

Police have identified him as Stephen Louis MacDonald, 28, of Toronto.

Police say they arrested Mohammad Raswoli, 20, of Toronto near the station shortly after the incident and that a weapon was seized.

They say the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police.
