Scooter struck in Old South, vehicle flees scene

One person was taken to hospital with minor injuries after a vehicle collided with an electric scooter in London’s Old South neighbourhood Wednesday afternoon.

London police said it happened on Bruce Street at Cathcart Street around 2:15 p.m.

Police said the vehicle involved in the crash failed to remain at the scene.

Officers could be seen canvassing the neighbourhood, looking for witnesses and seeking out video footage from home security cameras.
