Motorcyclist dead after Listowel collision

Perth County OPP has confirmed that one person is dead following a collision in Listowel.

On Thursday just after 7 p.m., emergency services were called to the collision on Perth Line 88. Officers said a motorcycle collided with a tractor.

A 29-year-old motorcyclist was pronounced dead after sustaining serious life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the tractor didn’t sustain any injuries.

Perth Line 88 was closed between Road 167 and Road 171 for a period of time, but has since reopened.
