Cottage heavily damaged after fire in Grand Bend

Lambton OPP say a cottage in Grand Bend has been heavily damaged after a fire early Saturday morning.

Officers were called to a fire that had fully engulfed a cottage just after midnight on Saturday.

Fortunately there were no injuries as everyone had fled the structure.

Police say the fire is not being treated as suspicious, but there is no further information on the cause at this time.
