Ever wanted to buy your very own town, complete with a café, two-bedroom mobile home and eight-unit motel?

Now’s your chance -- if you’re willing to move to Colorado.

A posting on Craigslist features the five-acre property in Cabin Creek, Colo., with the hopes of enticing a growing family or entrepreneur.

Ok, so the café has no power or water, but with a little work, the possibilities are numerous.

In a lengthy post on Craigslist, the owner provides photos and the current state of the smokehouse, café, RV spaces, commercially zoned shop, motel, RV park and private shooting range.

The garage and gas station, which used to be a movie theatre, is “part of the reason” the owner bought the town.

“The building has lights and some power now. It is an empty shell that can be made into whatever you want,” the owner writes.

Also provided are details on the town’s septic systems.

“We spent many hours probing and digging to locate the septic tanks,” the owner writes. “We found the house septic tank first. After more fun I can tell you the tank was cleaned out and found to be in good condition.”

While it might be a bit of a fixer-upper, the owner says a high-definition surveillance system covers the entire property after “idiot tenants stole and ruined many things out here.”

The owner also installed alarm systems on the buildings “and the property calls me when someone pulls off the Highway into driveway.”

Also included in the sale: Website and Facebook domain names and more. On top of it all, the property is an “easy” 45-minute commute to Denver.

So why is the owner so eager to sell?

“We have some (travelling) we would like to do and this project keeps us here,” the post says.
