Minor injuries reported after plane crashes near Palmerston Airport

An ultralight plane went down near Teviotdale on Monday.

Firefighters, paramedics and OPP were called to a field off Wellington Road 109 south of 1st Line shortly after 5 p.m.

OPP tell CTV News two people were treated for minor injuries.

Nobody else was in the aircraft.

Information on the cause of the crash, which occurred not far from the Palmerston Airport, was not immediately available.
